How long will it take to despatch and deliver a colour supplies order?
Your order will be processed when payment has cleared which can take up to 3 working days and our offices are closed on all UK Bank Holidays. Colour supplies orders are processed and despatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Possible delays: Please be aware that delays can happen for all sorts of reasons – shortages of fabric, staff holidays and illness, mail strikes, wars, weather conditions, and the wrong type of snow on the roads and railway tracks!
Allow plenty of time for delivery
Courier companies, national postal and parcel services, and your delightful customs departments, often experience delays.
So we cannot possibly guarantee delivery by a specific date and we have no control over the time required by your own country’s Customs department to process and clear your parcel for onward delivery.
So please make appropriate allowances when you place your order.
