How long will it take to despatch and deliver a colour supplies order?
Your order will be processed when payment has cleared which can take up to 3 working days and our offices are closed on all UK Bank Holidays. Colour supplies orders are processed and despatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
All deliveries are tracked.

Possible delays: Please be aware that delays can happen for all sorts of reasons – shortages of fabric, staff holidays and illness, mail strikes, wars, weather conditions, and the wrong type of snow on the roads and railway tracks!
Last order dates for Christmas 2024
Even if you don’t celebrate Christmas, it’s difficult to ignore because the world’s postal system gets snarled up from November until well into the New Year.
We ship all our colour supplies from the UK so if you’re based elsewhere in the world, you may need to place your orders that need delivery before Christmas by 4 December at the latest.
After Christmas we reopen the office and start processing orders again from Thursday 2 January 2025 so if you need colour supplies before then, make sure you check the last ordering dates for Christmas below.

Allow plenty of time for your parcel to arrive
Courier companies are already experiencing delays, which means that everyone’s national postal and parcel services, and your own delightful customs departments too, will start clogging up.
We cannot possibly guarantee delivery by any specific date and we also have no control over the additional time required by your own country’s Customs department to process and clear your parcel for onward delivery.
So please check our estimated delivery times, make appropriate allowances when you place your order, and order early!
